Franco Paolillo Company’s founder with is family and a vast staff is its own engine, in his entrepreneurial choices, being careful
to the social and market changes and to the high-tech evolution. He is currently its president, and has chosen young
personnel in order to form a high skilled staff.

Professionalism and experience have enabled RITAR SpA to be a leader in high-tech field, optical fiber applications and products,
SAT –Tv and CCTV sector. This products range is sold through a network of agents and distributors located throughout
the territory, assited by a modern marketing reality made of instruments like : mobile applications, a vast web department, and
software tools made directly by RITAR’s internal departments.
They sell to the most important specialised dealers in technological plant-engineering sector. For some time now, specific
communications activities have also involved electric installers sector, in order to extend the base of potential buyers: a part
of this group, is specialising in the latest tv, ip , optical fiber and security technologies.
The head office is located in Florence
with two selling points.
A third selling point operates in Prato, which is the most important industrial centre in the region of Tuscany. In addition to
agents and distributors, in the Milan area, Ritar has an official logistical partner company named A.M.T..
